RESERVATION & DEPOSIT POLICY

 

  Items can be held for one hour with customer's phone call, no deposit.

  Deposit is required for all advance reservations.

  Deposit is required on all rental items for "out-of-town" customers .

  For "local" customers: reservation deposit is either 10% of rent in advance or "cleaning" deposit (paid in addition to rent on some items).

  For "out-of-town" customers: deposit equals 50% of rent--paid in addition to rent on all items--for reservations or for immediate rentals.

  "Cleaning" and "out-of-town" deposits are fully refundable when items are returned on time, clean, and undamaged.  Fuel charges may apply on some items.

  For previous customers, credit card will be accepted instead of advance deposit; credit card will be charged 10% of rental fees for cancellations. 

  All "party goods" require 25% cleaning deposit.

  Valid driver's license, valid address and phone # required for all rentals.

  10% cancellation fee (minimum $5) charged on all items reserved and then cancelled.
